Very Professional with a Genuine Interest
“In recent months I have experienced major dental problems. Fortunately, I have been cared for by Dr. Brantly and his staff, whom I have found to be very professional with a genuine interest and attention to my personal needs and comfort. I cannot speak highly enough of the quality of this dental practice.”

PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR
As the first face you see when you arrive at our office, my goal is to make you feel welcome and comfortable. We want to give our patients the best service possible in and out of the dental chair. My degree is from Calvin College and I have a diverse background with a variety of living and work experiences, but I have always been service and caring for people-driven. I am grateful to be invited to work with Dr. Brantly and with a team that is dedicated to the same mission.
Outside the office, I am a “new mom” of a teen, who came to live with me at the beginning of this year. I enjoy reading, spending quality time with friends and family, the great outdoors, and new adventures.
I graduated from Ferris State University and started working as a dental hygienist in 2002. My favorite thing about being a hygienist is educating people on how to help keep their mouths healthy and cheering them on as they improve. I love watching them take pride in their hard work as they apply new strategies for improving and keeping their mouth healthy. I also enjoy having the opportunity to try to help someone be comfortable in a situation that they may be feeling anxious about. I feel really grateful to be working with such an awesome team! The team is very supportive of one another, and everyone works hard to provide great care for our patients. I have a lot of respect for Dr. Brantly and appreciate his commitment to continuing education so that he truly does provide the best care available.
Outside of the office, I love playing outside with my family! I also like to read, run and cook.
I graduated from Grand Rapids Community College in 2012 as a Registered Dental Hygienist. I truly feel lucky to work with such an amazing team! Everyone at Petoskey Family Dental Care is passionate about what they do and strive to do thier very best. Dr. Brantly is very caring and conscientious and strives to help his patients to achieve a healthy smile. Although there are many things that I enjoy about being a Dental Hygienist, my favorite is meeting new people and helping them improve their overall health.
Outside the office, my husband and I enjoy spending time with our daughter, son, friends and family. We also love to travel and spend time outdoors at the beach or camping.
I am a NMC graduate and a licensed RDA. Meeting new people and establishing relationships with patients is what I enjoy the most about my job. I strive to put patients at ease with my friendliness and willingness to explain treatment to them in terms they can understand. My long-term goals are to further my education in the field and become a dentist.
Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with my son and my family. I love to travel, cook and be outdoors as much as possible.
Working side-by-side with Dr. Brantly is amazing. I enjoy seeing first hand the care and detail he gives to each and every patient. I am thankful that I am a part of the intricate process of providing outstanding care. I’ve always worked in the dental field and it’s amazing the connections between our oral care and overall health.
Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with my family and my pets. I enjoy camping and snowmobiling and all the things that life in Northern Michigan provides.
DENTAL ASSISTANT / OFFICE ADMINISTRATION
I graduated from Idaho State University with a degree in education. While I loved teaching, I’m also passionate about dentistry. I believe if people are educated about their oral health they can make better decisions about their dental care. A gentle touch and a friendly chairside manner helps patients feel more relaxed and comfortable during their visit. My goal is for each patient to experience exceptional care; I want to be a part of that process.
Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Dr. Brantly, and our four children. Our children are involved with multiple school and community activities like tennis, skiing, music and theater. We enjoy the connections and relationships that are a benefit of living in a small community.
ACCOUNTING / OFFICE ADMINISTRATION
I graduated from Harding University with a degree in Human Resource Management. I’m usually working behind the scenes keeping the office books, providing IT support, and handling general management duties, but I still try to meet our patients and talk with them. I want them to know we appreciate the trust they place in us. I really enjoy working with Dr. Brantly and all of the team. They care, are supportive, and hardworking. Together, we all strive to provide the best patient care and dental experience for our patients. Each of us on the team is here to help, whatever a patient needs, and that makes ours an exceptional office.
My husband, Lance, is a physics teacher at Petoskey High School. We have four school-aged children, and our family loves outdoor activities: hiking, skiing, snowmobiling, and boating.
At our office, Dr. Brantly and our team honestly care about each of our patients. The person’s needs are what’s important to us, and we work to make sure they have an excellent visit every time. I verify patients’ dental insurance, create and maintain coverage books that help us know how much various policies cover, and am assisting with making our office go paperless. I’m always here to help my team members and our patients, whatever they need.
I’m single, and own 12 birds, who are my pride and joy. I have a type of muscular dystrophy that keeps me in a wheelchair, but I do exercise, and love running video for services at the Petoskey Church of Christ.
